USA Men’s Team have beaten Puerto Rico in the NORCECA 2008 Olympic Qualifier and have now collected their tickets to Beijing.
USA defeated Puerto Rico in three straight sets 3-0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-20). Puerto Rican Captain Hector Soto performed the best for his team with 17 points. But his effort seemed are far distance between him and his team mates with the next best scorer Victor Rivera with 6 points.
USA Sean Rooney topped the night with 16 points with the next best was Clayton Stanley & Riley Salmon collecting 10 points each. The predictions were on for USA to perform well, they lived up to the expectation.
